Monitoring

Telatron emphasizes monitoring on all of it’s programs in an effort to make consistent, quality presentations and to ensure compliance standards are met. The quality scores are used to evaluate the representatives by, defining their strengths and identifying areas requiring improvement. The Telatron Supervisors spend their day monitoring and coaching their team. The Supervisors will listen to make sure the associates present the required information, utilize probes and questions, appropriately rebuttal and meet all necessary objectives of the presentation. Each supervisor reviews "professor stats" to identify trends and areas they can coach the representatives.

In addition, Telatron Quality Assurance monitors each representative. This department is dedicated to randomly monitor associates and evaluate their performance. All evaluations are reviewed with production management who review with the representatives. The quality scores are tied to the representatives pay structure. So associates understand the importance of quality presentations.

Telatron has remote monitoring capabilities for it’s clients. A password is provided to the client so that confidentiality of the program is protected. We highly recommend that our clients utilize this service. By combining monitoring efforts of the supervisors, TQA, Client Services and our Clients we have been able to maximize production goals and leave more than a positive impression with the customer. Monitoring assists with quality control, identifies script strengths and problems, assesses list quality and generally provides valuable feedback.
