Telatron places an important emphasis on employee communication. To ensure that all of our employees are the first people informed regarding organizational news and updates, we've created three information mediums which have become integral to our business.
Telatron Today
Telatron Today, our company television news program, was developed to broadcast a variety of departmental information to our employees, providing them insight into our Corporate Mission. It continues to provide us with a platform to discuss individual and team contributions, as well as our use of technology within our business plan.
Employee Information Center
Our online Employee Information Center offers yet another resource for employees to be knowledgeable about program news, company opportunities and personnel information. We truly believe that the key to our success is through an open line of communication.
Real-Time Motivations
Telatron's technology also extends to the fun motivation for our employees as well. Real-Time Motivations were developed as a creative, interactive tool which broadcasts up-to-the-minute stats, individual productivity results, as well as interactive games, via plasma screens located within our Contact Centers.
