Security: Guarding Against Fraud

Telatron has added many security measures to guard against fraud and to provide its clients with complete applications.

Telatron’s system is built with the latest version of Avaya’s PBX, Avaya’s MultiVantage Software, with S8700 Media Server and Multi-Connect Media Gateways complete with ANI. This provides an additional check to ensure individuals are calling from an appropriate number.

Telatron has also implemented an Intrusion Detection System (IDS / IPS) which proactively monitors the network for suspicious traffic and quickly reacts to alert the proper individuals.
