Joyce M. Covatto
President/CEO
Joyce M. Covatto is President and Chief Executive Officer of Telatron Marketing Group, a nationally recognized contact center founded in 1985. Covatto oversees the strategic direction of the organization and is primarily responsible for its growth, development, and profitability. Covatto assumed total responsibilities for Telatron in February of 1990. She has used her extensive experience in the contact center industry to grow the organization and shape its mission to best service the needs of clients.

Covatto serves on the boards of the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership and Villa Maria Academy/Cathedral Preparatory schools. She previously served on the boards of the Visiting Nurses Association, Saint George School, and the Ophelia Project. Covatto is a Gannon University graduate, holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

Terry Smith
Executive Vice President: Client Services
Terry Smith joined Telatron Marketing Group, Inc. in May of 1989. Over the past 20 years, she has played an instrumental role in the acquisition and implementation of new programs initiatives. Smith currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Client Services. She is responsible for overseeing Client Services management and supervises all projects assigned. In addition, she is responsible for new business development marketing. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Gannon University.

Joseph A. DiFuccia
Executive Vice President
Joseph DiFuccia is Executive Vice President of Telatron Marketing Group. For over 20 years, he has played an integral part of the development and growth of the organization. His primary role focuses on overseeing contact center and Human Resource strategies. Utilizing his degree of study, which concentrated in organizational psychology and mathematics, he provides a tactical approach to management, guiding all areas of the organization. Prior to joining Telatron, DiFuccia was a Captain in the United States Army and served as a Cavalry Officer in U.S. and overseas locations.

Thomas Covatto
Senior Vice President
Thomas Covatto is Senior Vice President of Telatron Marketing Group. He has over fifteen years of marketing and general management experience with Telatron and currently oversees the company’s new business development. He also plays an instrumental role in product development. Prior to his current position, Covatto was Vice President of Operations where he was responsible for overseeing contact center activities. Through the years, Covatto has been a major player in the company’s growth and profitability. Prior to joining Telatron, Covatto attended the Dahlkemper School of Business at Gannon University.

Tricia DeSanti-Boehm
Senior Vice President of Organizational and Legal Administration
Trish DeSanti-Boehm is the Senior Vice President of Organizational and Legal Administration. Her primary focus is on the coordination and oversight of all organizational legal and compliance matters. DeSanti-Boehm is responsible for the development of corporate contracts, fulfillment of telemarketing rules and regulations, and compliance with employment law at the state and federal levels. She has been with the organization since 1993 and prior to her current position acted as Corporate Legal Administrator and Vice President of Human Resources. DeSanti-Boehm earned her undergraduate degree from Edinboro University and her Juris Doctorate at the Cleveland Marshall School of Law.

Sean Bebko
Senior Vice President
Sean Bebko is Senior Vice President of MIS. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT Department, including Visual Programming, Database Programming and Web Service Development. Prior to his current position, he gained organization experience as a Senior Visual Programmer, Senior Control Programmer, APP Group Administrator and Vice President of MIS. Bebko graduated from Gannon University with degrees in Business and MIS. He also earned a MBA from Penn State University and a Master of Science and Information Technology from Edinboro University.
