Joyce M. Covatto
President
Ultimately responsible for the growth, development and profitability of the company founded in 1985. Assumed total responsibilities for the organization in February 1990. Under this leadership the organization has grown to be an employer of over 700 individuals and over 20 million dollars in gross sales. Mrs. Covatto serves on many local boards, including her recent appointment to the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership. She is a graduate of Gannon University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

Terry Smith
Executive Vice President: Client Services
Mrs. Smith joined Telatron Marketing Group, Inc. in May 1989. Over the past 16 years, she has been instrumental in the implementation of various new programs and initiatives. In 2002, she was promoted to Executive Vice President of Client Services and also has responsibility for business development and client contact. She oversees a Client Services staff who supervises the administration of all projects assigned. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Gannon University .

Joseph A. DiFuccia
Executive Vice President
In his nearly 16 years, Mr. DiFuccia has been an integral part of the phenomenal growth of Telatron. His primary responsibilities have focused on winning Production and Human Resource strategies. Utilizing his degree of study which concentrated in Organizational Psychology and Mathematics, he provides the tactical implementation of systems guiding all areas of the organization. Prior to joining Telatron, Mr. DiFuccia was a Captain in the United States Army and served as a Cavalry Officer in U.S. and overseas locations.

Tricia DeSanti-Boehm
Senior Vice President of Organizational and Legal Administration
Mrs. DeSanti-Boehm has been with the organization since 1993 and has gained organization experience as the corporation's Legal Administrator and Vice President of Human Resources. In her current position of Senior Vice President of Organizational and Legal Administration, her primary focus is on the coordination and oversight of all legal and compliance matters including the development of Telatron's corporate contracts, company fulfillment of all telemarketing-related rules and regulations and compliance with employment law matters at the state and federal level. Mrs. DeSanti-Boehm is a graduate of Edinboro University and earned her Juris Doctorate at the Cleveland Marshall School of Law.

Sean Bebko
Senior Vice President
Mr. Sean Bebko has been with Telatron Marketing Group, Inc. since June of 1998. He has gained organization experience throughout the years as a Senior Visual Programmer, Senior Control Programmer, APP Group Administrator and Vice President. In his current position as Senior Vice President his primary responsibilities focus on managing our Graphics and Stats Departments, Visual Programmers, Database Programmers and Web Services groups. Sean graduated from Gannon University with degrees in Business and MIS. He has also earned a MBA from Penn State and a Master of Science and Information Technology from Edinboro University.
