Telatron has an elite group of representatives referred to as USAs (Universal Service Agent). A USA is a top achiever and leader on inbound, outbound, and customer care.
This elite group receives unique personal benefits such as a higher pay rate, their birthday off; and discounts at the Telatron Café. A representative must be invited into this elite group and meet several standards to be considered for the program. All representatives are aware of the criteria required to be considered for invitation and therefore, strive to become a member of the team. The average USA tenure is 4.5 years with an attrition rate of less than 2%.
