Corporate Overview : Employee Development
Our supervisory mission is to ensure that all activities are closely supervised at all times, while simultaneously creating an environment of learning and development. The supervision ratio is approximately one supervisor per every 8 - 16 TSRs/CSRs (program dependant), in addition to a Supervisory Staff member.
Through a policy of promotion from within, when possible, we hand-select individuals with proven skills. Each Supervisor must graduate from a specially developed management trainee program aimed at providing the necessary management and system skills, which is accomplished over a 9 month period.
The training program provides each Management Trainee with the opportunity to learn all facets of the organization by completing a rotation in mission critical departments such as MIS, Client Services, Credit Analysis and Review, Telatron Quality Assurance and Human Resources. While working along side experienced staff in these areas, the Management Trainee will gain important insight into the corporation's methods and procedures. This insight will enable them to better understand the company's function ability and to make educated and informed decisions based upon the intent of the organization.
In addition, Management Trainees attend weekly seminars designed to improve their knowledge of the organization and key programs as well as to enhance their communication skills and their understanding of employment related issues. These specialized classes include, but are not limited to the following:
 |
State and Federal Telemarketing Laws |
 |
