Quality Representatives

We recognize the importance of quality employees and are dedicated to personal employee growth through continuing education and rewards. Not only do we choose dynamic, people-oriented individuals, but we continue to develop Telephone Service Representatives (TSRs) and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) that are motivated, educated and professional.

Telatron is proud of the progress and refinement in our hiring, training and motivation techniques. The level of proficiency and satisfaction of our TSRs and CSRs is evidenced by the fact that 60% of our staff has been under continuous employment in excess of one year, and 30% of the staff is now approaching their sixth year of employment with Telatron. Supervisors have an average of 7 years of employment with the organization.
