Career Progression

Each dedicated team member of the contact center staff participates in a career progression plan. Our Human Resources staff meets monthly with every representative to discuss their personal employment goals.

This program has been an innovative tool for managing the attrition percentage. Through this program employees gain an understanding of the opportunities for career advancement and receive support in meeting the visionary progression goals they set for themselves.
