The Learning Center

The Telatron campus has an innovative, multi-functional state-of-the-art Learning Center. The center is equipped with 50 training mode work stations. Each station carries a PC to allow individual computer training, as well as specific program training, before the beginning of his/her career with Telatron.

Learning Center instructors review a variety of lessons to provide each employee with the education necessary to effectively understand every aspect of their position. The lessons encompass subjects like effective speaking and the art of identifying prospects. This extensive training allows our employees to maximize conversion due to their superior product knowledge and understanding of the sales process. Education is vital to success, so they are also tested prior to becoming a certified employee.

Before the beginning of any program, each TSR/CSR returns to the Learning Center to be schooled on the individual program's objectives and constraints. Prior to starting a new program, each employee is administered a written test to discern his/her knowledge and understanding of the specific product. Daily testing is also developed on a per program basis. This ensures that the Representatives have up-to-date information and program knowledge.

In addition, daily updates are provided to the employees through a Telatron developed system named Coaching Briefs. They must read through any program modification prior to making or taking their first call of the day. Coaching Briefs assure management that everyone has been informed of changes, modifications and enhancements made to the program.
