Telatron is extremely proud of the intensive training program developed to aid each employee at their initial time of employment and throughout their career at Telatron. Our dedication to education is unsurpassed by the updated state-of-the-art Learning Center which includes hands-on computer education, video conferencing, and surround sound to bring excitement to the education process.
Upon joining Telatron, each team member undergoes 35 hours of classroom training in the Learning Center. The course work includes subjects such as program sensitive terminology, introduction to product overview, and proven sales techniques. Each course culminates with a written test to measure proficiency. The team members who successfully complete the course work are awarded completion certificates and begin their careers.
Also, considering many of our clients' programs contain confidential offers or strategies, we require each team member to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to his/her employment.
