All systems (Inbound, Outbound, and Customer Care) are proprietary, and are developed internally by a team of Programmers well versed in our clients' needs and styles. The primary department leaders average over 15 years of service, Telatron USA's average over two years. All representatives are highly trained in Telatron's interactive employee learning center. The learning center includes customized education and re-education modules to ensure superior knowledge of a clients program. This company is committed to education. Telatron continues to grow and improve to meet the ever-growing needs of its clients. The organization has three contact centers with 350 universal stations located on a three acre campus and is in the process of adding an additional site.
