Through Studio 7, Telatron handles the processing, preparation, and mailing of all client specified pieces. The combination of many systems allows for a very efficient process. Currently we are able to run mailing lists through NCOA (National Change of Address) on site. With the NCOA in place on campaigns, deliverable mail increases to 98%. With an onsite Graphics Department and a Heidelberg digital 4-color printing press, we can aid in the development, printing, and delivery of your campaign.

However, while most places stop there, Telatron provides a total Turn Key system for direct mail campaigns. We follow the entire life cycle of the campaign. Telatron systems can provide, when required, access to proprietary systems not only thru our IVR, but with systems designed for our outbound/ inbound agents with full reporting as per your specifications.

Acceptance of the mail at our facility also allows for the information to be data entered, imaged if required, and provided to you, our client, in multiple formats. All information is based on client specifications and strict internal controls. Information is then transmitted per client specifications by our state of the art MIS department. In addition, our ability to respond to Web requests for fulfillment demonstrates quick response to your customers.

These systems together allow for a quick and accurate customized reporting which provides a total view of the success in individual areas or the entire campaign.
