Customer Service Representative (CSR)

  • CSRs communicate by telephone with businesses or consumers, seeking or obtaining information on behalf of Telatron’s clients.
  • CSRs must have good communication skills and a friendly personality, as most calls accepted are the result of the customer calling.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Universal Service Agent (USA)

  • USAs are outstanding professional communicators who are able to effectively handle all types of Inbound, Outbound, Customer Service, Blended and Web based calls.
  • Individuals must have six months service with Telatron to become eligible for USA selection.

Lending Service Representative (LSR)

  • Talk to borrowers about their student loan consolidation
  • Must have 2-4 year degree or prior lending experience
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Competitive starting wage

Management Trainee

  • Lead a team of inbound or outbound agents marketing for major US commercial banks
  • 2-4 year degree or prior management experience
